The Heavy Line F415 frame is designed to create high-end unmanned platforms with long flight times, increased payloads, and mechanical rigidity requirements. The design is optimized for operation with powerful motors and propellers up to 15 inches.

The frame is made of pressed 3K carbon fiber with directional oriented fibers, which provides high torsional and bending strength while maintaining a moderate weight. The X-beam configuration allows for even load distribution, and the 30.5 × 30.5 mm mounting base ensures compatibility with most modern flight controllers and ESCs.

Additional components are placed using special slots and mounting holes, which allows the integration of GPS modules, telemetry and navigation equipment without the need for modifications.
