1. General provisions

1.1 This Refund Policy is developed in accordance with the terms of the Offer available at the link: https://ft-electronics.com/en/public-contract/, the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights”, the Civil Code of Ukraine, as well as other regulatory legal acts regulating distance selling and e-commerce. It applies to all purchases made through the website https://ft-electronics.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Online Store”).

1.2 This Policy is an integral part of the Public Offer Agreement and applies to all Buyers who have concluded an agreement by accepting the offer.

2. Refunds when canceling an order

2.1 If the order was canceled by the Seller due to:

  • lack of goods in stock,
  • detection of a technical error (price, description),
  • the impossibility of fulfilling the order for reasons beyond the Seller’s control,
  • The funds are returned to the Buyer in full within 7 (seven) calendar days in the same way as the payment was made, unless otherwise agreed by the parties.

3. Refund when returning goods of proper quality

3.1 According to Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights”, the Buyer has the right to return goods of proper quality within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, subject to the following conditions:

  • the goods were not used and retained their marketable appearance;
  • preserved seals, packaging, labels;
  • the consumer properties of the product are preserved, it has no traces of use, damage or signs of installation;
  • available settlement document;
  • the product does not belong to the category of non-returnable goods (in accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 of March 19, 1994 (as amended).

3.2 In this case, the funds are returned to the Buyer within 7 (seven) calendar days from the moment of receipt and inspection of the returned Goods.

3.3 The costs of returning the goods are borne by the Buyer and are not compensated by the Seller.

4. Refund when returning goods of inadequate quality

4.1 In the event that the Buyer receives goods with a manufacturing defect or not the one ordered, the Seller undertakes to:

  • take the goods back;
  • reimburse the cost of return shipping;
  • return the full amount paid within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of receipt and inspection of the returned Goods;
  • or replace the goods with the appropriate one, in agreement with the Buyer.

5. Refund method

5.1 Refunds are made in the same way as the payment was made, unless otherwise agreed by the parties.

5.2 The Seller reserves the right to request confirmation of the Buyer’s identity or a document confirming payment for the order.

6. Return processing procedure

6.1 To request a refund, the Buyer must:

  • contact the Seller by e-mail or using the contacts listed on the website;
  • indicate the order number, full name, reason for return;
  • at the Seller’s request – provide a photo of the product or other confirmation;
  • agree on the address for returning the Goods.
  • send the Goods by the delivery service selected by the Seller.

7. Changes to the Policy

7.1 The Seller has the right to change this Policy unilaterally without prior notice to the Buyers. All changes are published on the Seller’s website and come into force 3 (three) calendar days from the moment of their publication, unless otherwise specified in the text of the changes themselves.

7.2 The Buyer is obliged to independently familiarize himself with the current version of the Policy.
